Who we are
This website, https://webmotivos.gr, belongs to Webmotivos, a web studio in Volos, Greece. Webmotivos is responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@webmotivos.gr, by phone on 0030 2421 421538, or at K. Kartali 64-68, Volos.
The short version
- This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
- We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we run on our own server. It does not identify you and does not follow you to other websites.
- We will never sell, rent or publish your personal data.
Visit statistics (Umami)
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful, we use Umami, hosted by us at analytics.webmotivos.com. No outside analytics company receives this data.
When you open a page, Umami records:
- the page address and the page that linked you here, if any
- your browser, operating system, device type and screen size
- your language and your country, worked out from your IP address
Umami does not store your IP address, sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. We only see totals, such as “120 visits from Greece this week”, never a record of any one person. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, your visit is not counted at all.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your email address or phone number, and your message. We use it only to answer you and, if we work together, for that work. It is not shared with third parties.
Emails reach us through our own mail servers, encrypted in transit with TLS.
Security
Everything between your browser and this site travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The fonts, images and code of this site are served from our own domain; it does not load material from other companies’ servers.
If we ever discover a breach that affects personal data we hold, we will report it to the relevant authorities within 72 hours and inform anyone affected, as the law requires.
Links to other websites
Our project pages link to our clients’ websites, and our address links to Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave webmotivos.gr.
Children
If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you, why, and for how long
- get a copy of it
- have it corrected or deleted
- withdraw any consent you gave us
- receive your data in a form you can take to someone else
- object to how we use it
To use any of these rights, email info@webmotivos.gr. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

If what this site does with data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
